Project Details

Replace the complete heating and cooling system with a new Daikin VRV 4 and Altherma systems, allowing the gas boilers to be removed. Existing AHU to be removed and new installed which will need to be built in situ due to limited space. New VRV replaced on roof space (crane required).

C&S carried out a wide scope of works including:

Removal of gas boilers/current heating system/chiller unit from roof/gas meters
Supply and install of new Daikin VRV 4 on lower ground/ground floor/staff room and flat pack
air handling unit with heat recovery
Crane lift old units off roof and crane lift new VRV units onto roof
Supply of transition ducting and air flow ducting to upper and lower banking hall
Metal containment installation
Electrical installation
Connect pipework and wiring at condenser
Air flow ducting commissioning
Vac out and commission system
