Project Details
Design and install new HVAC system, allowing the gas boiler to be removed to align with client’s decarbonisation programme.
C&S carried out a wide scope of works including:
- Removal of gas boilers/current heating system/chiller unit from roof/gas meters
- Supply and install of new Daikin VRV 4 and flat pack air handling unit with heat recovery
- Crane lift old and new units to roof
- Supply of transition ducting and air flow ducting
- Metal containment installation
- Electrical installation
- Connect pipework and wiring
- Balancing full system
- Vac out and commission system
