Project Details

As part of the overall works, our team carried out extensive external fabric repairs to restore and protect the building’s structure.

• Erection of full height access scaffold to full building perimeter to facilitate works.
• Removal of localised brick courses to the head of window and door positions and insertion of
  pre formed cavity trays and weep vents.
• Removal of brickwork at parapet level to insert pre formed parapet trays.
• Removal of guttering system and redesign.
• New coping and flashing detailing to head of parapet upstand.
• Isolated roof works.
• Attic void works.
