Project Details

As part of the overall works, our team carried out extensive external fabric repairs to restore and protect the building’s structure.

C&S carried out a wide scope of works including:

Erection of full height access scaffold to full building perimeter to facilitate works.
Removal of brickwork to full perimeter at parapet, installation of new cavity trays and reinstatement works.
Removal of brickwork at 473 windows heads and installation of cavity trays and reinstatement works.
Removal of full parapet gutters and supporting timbers. Full new installation of gutter profile, full installation of BMI approved system. (25-year warranty)
New coping and flashing detailing to head of parapet upstand.
Overhaul of full roof.
Installation of vents throughout roof
Attic void works.
