Project Details
To remove existing fire doors and frames in circulation areas and replace them with new fully automated FD60S fire door sets linked to the fire alarm. To convert the existing table store to a ‘Changing Places’ style W.C including all install of all relevant equipment, wall and floor finishes, new lighting, new plumbing and ventilation works. Erect new stud partitions in classrooms. Install new power outlets to kitchen area.
C&S carried out a variety of works including:
- Downtakings
- Joinery works (Supply and install new FD60S double fire door sets and connect to fire alarm, new partitions,
fireline plasterboard partitions within classrooms, new door blanks and timber frames to suit newly formed openings, wet wall,
skirtings and architraves to match existing profile, new acoustic boards to be suspended from the roof structure) - Flooring works (vinyl flooring cove formed)
- Plumbing works (form new connections to existing supply and waste pipework, supply and install of close coupled Doc M pack)
- Electrical works (supply and install new digital panel heater, emergency assistance alarm, new hand dryer,
32amp 3 phase supply to kitchen area, 13amp sockets in kitchen, mechanical vent and emergency lighting) - Decoration works
