Project Details
C&S carried out major accessible adaptation works including new automated fire doors linked to the fire alarm, a full conversion of a storeroom into ‘Changing Places’ accessible toilet, new partitions in classrooms, and additional power outlets in the kitchen.
C&S carried out a variety of works including:
- Downtakings
- Joinery works (Supply and install new FD60S double fire door sets and connect to fire alarm, new partitions, fireline plasterboard partitions within classrooms, new door blanks and timber frames to suit newly formed openings, wet wall, skirtings and architraves to match existing profile, new acoustic boards to be suspended from the roof structure)
- Altro wet wall
- Flooring works (vinyl flooring cove formed)
- Plumbing works (form new connections to existing supply and waste pipework, supply and install of close coupled Doc M pack)
- Electrical works (supply and install new digital panel heater, emergency assistance alarm, new hand dryer, 32amp 3 phase supply to kitchen area, 13amp sockets in kitchen, mechanical vent and emergency lighting)
